This course introduces day-shift critical facility operations across the mechanical, electrical, and building-management systems that support an AI factory data hall.

DCO 1102Critical Facility Operations II — Night & Weekend Operations
This course extends critical facility operations into the reduced-staffing conditions typical of night and weekend shifts, where a technician must independently triage, stabilize, and escalate conditions before a full response team is available.

DCO 2101ITIL & ITSM for Critical Facilities
This course applies IT service management (ITSM) practice to the operation of a critical facility and AI factory, using the ITIL 4 framework as its structural reference.
Prerequisite: DCO 1101
DCO 2102Preventive Maintenance Program Management
This course develops the planning, scheduling, and program-management skills needed to run a preventive maintenance (PM) program for a critical facility's mechanical and electrical systems.
