SAVRN Platform IP and Licensed Use Notice

This notice explains who owns the SAVRN platform and how licensed access works.

1. Notice purpose

This notice explains the ownership and licensed-use structure of the SAVRN platform.

2. Platform ownership

The SAVRN platform, including SAVRN Assets, related modules, software, interface systems, workflows, structures, methods, operating logic, documentation, and enhancements, is owned by Savrn Edge Holdings LLC.

3. Licensed use only

Access to the Platform is granted on a licensed basis only. No use of the Platform transfers ownership or co-ownership rights in the Platform or its intellectual property.

4. No ownership by use or contribution

Using the Platform, configuring the Platform, participating in workflows, submitting requests, providing feedback, suggesting enhancements, or otherwise interacting with the Platform does not create any ownership interest in the Platform or its improvements.

5. Submission-use rule

Platform-related suggestions, ideas, feature requests, workflow recommendations, interface ideas, and similar platform-directed submissions may be used by Savrn Edge Holdings LLC to operate, improve, extend, and evolve the Platform.

6. Separate treatment of data rights

Customer data and user data rights are governed separately by applicable agreements and notices. This notice addresses Platform ownership and licensed use, not all data-rights issues.
