How SAVRN researches and labels public claims
We separate facts, calculations, design assumptions, proposals, and operating evidence so a reader can tell what is known and what remains conditional.
Source hierarchy
We prefer statutes, agency records, utility and system-operator filings, permits, research papers, standards, and manufacturer documentation. Secondary reporting is used for discovery and context, then checked against primary records where practical.

- Preserve units and comparison boundaries
- Label estimates, assumptions, and unresolved contradictions
- Avoid converting a reference design into an operating claim
Review and corrections
Material topic pages carry a review date and editorial owner. When evidence changes, we update the page and its source register. Corrections can be sent to [email protected] with the page, claim, and supporting record.
What review does not mean
Editorial review is not engineering certification, legal advice, accreditation, an investment recommendation, or confirmation that a proposed project has been financed, permitted, contracted, built, or commissioned.
