Each block is a factory-built, liquid-cooled OctoPod — identical, repeatable, and crane-set on site. Self-powered and islanded, it stands on its own rather than leaning on the local grid, and keeps its data in-country.
The Sovereign Institute
Every SAVRN site is wrapped in a training institute that reskills local residents into the eight disciplines that run an AI factory — so the people who operate sovereign compute are Filipino, hired and trained on site.

The campus grows one identical OctoPod phase at a time — 50 MW per phase, ten phases, 500 MW at full build-out. Each phase is the same proven block, so every expansion is faster, cheaper, and lower-risk than the last.
